My professional career started in 1996 in the IT area at SAS Institute Switzerland, where I started as a certified consultant in various IT projects and later switched to sales as an account manager, responsible for various banks in the german-speaking part of Switzerland. At the same time, I completed my education as a “Wirtschaftsinformatiker”, which formed the basis for my future positions, in which the interface between IT and business requirements was covered. Be it at Raiffeisen Switzerland as a service manager or at Bisnode D&B as a BI consultant.

At Intrum Switzerland I took over a team as Head of Customer Relationship Manager in Switzerland and Austria and was confronted with the importance of the recruiting process for the first time. This brought me to the decision to join a recruiting company as a co-founder and help build it up. In this context, I was able to advise and support various candidates (schoolchildren, young people, technical experts, managing directors, “Sozialhilfe- and IV Bezüger”) and successfully place them.
