I have been working in the IT industry for over 30 years, including more than 20 years in management positions. With a degree in business informatics, I started my career as a programmer and IT engineer. I moved into sales via a pre-sales function and later took on various management roles. IT is my passion, but I am also passionate about people management and career coaching.

My professional career initially took me to IBM Switzerland, where I worked as an engineer and pre-sales. I then founded my own IT company in the field of eBusiness solutions, which was later integrated into Deloitte AG as a separate business unit. I then took over the management of the IT distribution company Avnet AG as Country Manager and Managing Director Switzerland for 13 years. This was followed by further positions as Country Director at Anixter AG (data centre infrastructure distributor) and as Channel Director Switzerland at Huawei Switzerland, where I worked for four years.

With my many years of experience in the IT infrastructure and software environment as well as a strong network of leading technology companies in Switzerland and internationally, I have in-depth expertise in sales and management.
