My professional journey combines business experience, educational work, and my passion for holistically supporting people.

After my apprenticeship at Swiss Life, I worked for several years in sales, where I helped shape projects, optimize processes, and develop training formats. This experience taught me to work in a structured way and to clearly grasp complex relationships.

Over time, my desire to work more closely with people grew stronger. Through assignments in the social and educational sectors, as well as my work in a special needs residential school, I gained valuable experience supporting children and young people while simultaneously taking on responsibility for administrative and organizational tasks.

In parallel, I completed my training as a certified complementary therapist with an OdA KT industry certificate in kinesiology, which allowed me to deepen my mindful and holistic approach.

Today, I combine my structured, business-oriented thinking with empathy and presence. It is important to me to support people individually, to give them space, and to empower them to actively shape their own transformation.
